This month,Glenn Brule, Executive Director of Global Client Solutions at ESI will present the top ten business analysis trends for 2011. He'll discuss what you need to do to reduce troubled projects, where you should be devoting resources and time and how to effectively utilize Requirements Management and Development to improve processes and increase efficiencies.

New Location: Please note that our February event will be held at Metro Hall, conveniently located near the St. Andrew subway station and connected via the underground PATH network. See our Events listings for further details. Space is limited, so avoid disappointment and pre-register today. One special request - fire regulations require us to limit the number of people who attend our events. We frequently experience a significant number of people who pre-register but then do not show up.
