Where are the Presentations?

One of the most frequent questions we receive comes from people looking to download presentations delivered at our monthly events. Selected presentations (those that have been released to us by the presenters) are available to Toronto Chapter Members only. Once you log in, you will find the link in the Membership menu.

Centre of the GTA BA Universe

As one of the first, largest and most active chapters within the IIBA, the Toronto Chapter has a longstanding tradition of service to our members.

Our annual season runs from the beginning of September through the end of June. Every month we host top notch experts in business analysis, who present on a wide variety of topics that link to the knowledge areas of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, and extend outwards into issues in leadership, case studies, industry trends and best practices where the rubber hits the road – your daily experience as a business analysis practitioner.

If that wasn’t enough, attending an event earns you 2 CDU’s that you can apply to CBAP or CCBA Certification with the IIBA.

Membership Plus

Unsurpassed networking opportunities with employers, peers and other business professionals are available at all our events, and our members waste no time in reaching out, exchanging business cards and building their professional network. Our LinkedIn Group, available only to members of the IIBA, expands the potential for sharing, learning and professional opportunities.

  • Toronto is the home of the IIBA and so its chapter members are some of the most knowledgeable experts you will find anywhere.
  • Each month an expert presenter lectures on important topics, issues, tools, and career options.
  • Each presentation is made available as a PDF download.
  • White papers, articles, bogs, and book reviews help guide you through the myriad of content that is out there.

Our Member Rewards program allows you to accrue credit that can be applied to discounts on membership renewal each year. Gain points through attending events and volunteering your time and talents to chapter work.

Here is another reason to become a member of the Toronto Chapter. The Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge retails for $60.00. Toronto Chapter members can now get their own copy for only $25.00, all taxes included.

It's easy. Just click here to reserve your copy, then pick it up at the next monthly meeting. While we do bring a few extra copies to the meetings, we give priority to those who have reserved theirs. Please note the following:

  • This special discount pricing is available only to members of the Toronto Chapter. If you are not a chapter member and would like to reserve your copy at the retail price of $60.00, click here.
  • We have already had situations where members wanted to buy multiple copies for non-member friends using the member discount price. We must refuse these transactions, as the intent of the offer is not to circumvent the retail pricing policy of the IIBA.
